RETURNS POLICY

Item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your package in order for your return to be valid. All products must;

  • ✔ Be returned with proof of purchase
  • ✔ Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached
  • ✔ Protective hygiene sticker must be in place for swimwear returns
  • ✔ Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below

    Faulty Product Returns

    If you received something that is faulty, not as it was described, or different to the images shown on our website, we will provide an exchange, refund or store credit, provided the item is returned within 7 days with proof of purchase, and the item in original condition with all original tags attached.

    2. We will review your case and give you shipping information so then you can return your products to us
    3. We will then be able to issue you with a exchange, refund or store credit.

    Please be advised, that we do recommend utilising a tracked shipping service as we do not take any responsibility for your item until it is in our care. You

    Can't find your receipt? A bank statement will be fine. If you don't have that, get in touch and we'll do our best to track it down.
